Internet Copyright Infringement Complaints (ICICs)
ICICs, sent to the university by copyright holders or their agents, report that a copyrighted file was available for upload from a specific university Internet connection. This is most often the result of unintended, automatic uploading via file-sharing or peer-to-peer (P2P) programs. The complaint is due to the user's unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material to others. If you have received an ICIC and need to respond, click the link above. If you get to the 4help homepage instead of an ICIC page, login to 4help first.
